Ordering online was very unsatisfactory…
Ordering online was very unsatisfactory ( no info on prices, minimum length, I couldn’t correct delivery address etc.) but speaking to Jane Lovell was helpful. Having been told one of the fabrics was out of stock I then got an email to say it had been dispatched which was good news except it was a different size from the one ordered. You then sent another length, this time the right one. I was prepared to wait for lining and fabric to be sent together to save cost but you got your wires well and truly crossed.
