Always travel with Jet2 as very rare there’s any delays desk staff at check in are very helpful as also the cabin crew nothing is too much trouble plenty of information from the captain a very good flight was expected a little dearer than other airlines (no names mentioned) but worth it

Customer service second to none very pleasant helpful and polite had all of the items i needed

Need i say anything about jet2 always a good experience when flying with them staff very friendly and helpful top marks

The flight home was a flight we were not looking forward to on this particular day as a red weather warning was out but we set off to the airport in Malaga and checked in when we boarded and ready for takeoff the captain made the announcement about the weather situation a good flight all the way to Leeds apart from being a bit bumpy when the announcement came when we were ready for landing the captain made the dreaded announcement that if the wind speed was too great we may not be able to land and he would have to circle a couple of times and the next minute we were on the runway and landed and to say the weather was bad is an understatement but we were down and congratulations to the captain as the landing was perfect top marks to the captain and jet2 for a wonderful flight in such awful weather conditions

Best thing is you can put on your heating via Wi-Fi wherever you are good features and plenty of programmes

Very pleasant and polite lady who's name was Ruby explained everything easy peasy made to feel at ease with no pressure a good experience

Went to Tesco to get a new deal for the wife but ended up getting a deal for us both which was cheaper for two than i was paying for myself highly recommend Tesco and if you go to the Batley store ask for Yas he is very knowledgeable and professional sorry but I got the salespersons name wrong it is actually Waz

Just had a weeks holiday in lanzarote flew out with Jet 2 flights left on time and was early landing on way back very smooth flights both ways great experience friendly cabin crew both ways plenty of information from flight deck have always flown with Jet 2 and never been let down highly recommend Fred Aitken

What can you say about jet2 well they have got to be the best airline with not always the cheapest but the most reliable very very rare have i been late or delayed in all the time I have flown with them staff are always friendly and helpful in fact I now don't even go on any other airlines for price as I like flying from lba good quality service keep up the good work oh and I must mention the refund on my cancelled flight to lanzarote in March refund in the account with no hassle p.s just to say i have already rebooked for Barcelona plus lanzarote and malaga this year
