I love the variety of products and characters available on their website, and the shopping experience is very easy! Also, I like the rewards program as well. However, it would’ve been nice to put the warehouse move on the website, so I know my order was going to be delayed—it’s a bit unfortunate but hopefully it will be with me once the warehouse move is done.

The parcel arrived quicker than expected, and the waistcoat fit was spot on - tip: remember Rihoas shows two sizes, one belonging to the piece and one to the body it should fit, so take this into account as I can see how some measurements could seem to be skewed from the item itself. Just follow the body measurements as the website suggests and that's it! The quality and fabric material surprised me, it was so much better than expected.

First time I had a parcel delivered by Fastway Couriers, it appears my mobile number was missing from the delivery info and they could not deliver it (although the driver never rang me on my mobile after it was provided). Find it quite unusual that they simply did not ring the buzzer instead (which was done in the end). However, I found the customer service experience to be great! Kaleigh notified the depot in a timely fashion and explained the reason for delay. It would be great to have a phone number instead of having to go through their online support, but my query got a response within 24 hours, so not too bad overall.
