I love the variety of products, but more communication would be great.
I love the variety of products and characters available on their website, and the shopping experience is very easy! Also, I like the rewards program as well. However, it would’ve been nice to put the warehouse move on the website, so I know my order was going to be delayed—it’s a bit unfortunate but hopefully it will be with me once the warehouse move is done.
