Good customer service
First time I had a parcel delivered by Fastway Couriers, it appears my mobile number was missing from the delivery info and they could not deliver it (although the driver never rang me on my mobile after it was provided). Find it quite unusual that they simply did not ring the buzzer instead (which was done in the end). However, I found the customer service experience to be great! Kaleigh notified the depot in a timely fashion and explained the reason for delay. It would be great to have a phone number instead of having to go through their online support, but my query got a response within 24 hours, so not too bad overall.
