Lovely sofas and very helpful staff

Every stage of my buying experience was great, and I love my new sofas! Very friendly and helpful staff in the Tunbridge Wells store, and the delivery men were brilliant too. I can't recommend Arlo and Jacob enough!

Lovely items, except for the imperfect one.

I love the butter dish and the small mugs. One of the mugs had an imperfection however, which I spotted the instant I unpacked it, I really don't know how they can be marked as 'inspected by...' when they have an imperfection (these were not seconds). The replacement mug has not yet arrived. I am grateful that EB customer services are always so helpful when this happens, but it is not the first time that I have taken delivery of items which are not perfect and which needed to be replaced. It is almost putting me off from ordering again.
