Don’t bother ordering. Ordered a jacket on 11th October still not received it. Still not been sent out. They ignore your messages then reply 2 weeks later. Won’t even need the coat now had to buy another one. I don’t understand why these company’s think it’s ok to take people’s money when they have nothing to send in return for it.
after telling me to go through this all again after writing a review i’ve just been messed about by onthebeach for another 2 months where they pretend to investigate do nothing. after 2 months and nothing asked for an update. told i hadn’t returned the form i was sent on 15th october. searched for it hadn’t received anything. they told me they would send it again and i should confirm when i receive it. next day i received no form but a message saying nothing was gonna be done. they think there treatment has been fair. thanks for wasting another load of my time over a shocking holiday. customer service is absolutely embarrassing and they’ve no shame they couldn’t care less about taking your money and giving you nothing in return shocking. and all the people on here saying how fab and easy they are to use. that’s true i’ve used them before and if your hotel is good you won’t have any problems. but if you end up with a messed up holiday they will leave you there in a mess and make promise after promise to help you then ignore you and do nothing for you. This company will not help when things go wrong

do not book with this company. sent us to an unfinished hotel with no room when we arrived then 2 rooms that had no glass in the balcony with a small child. and no staff and hardly any food no entertainment promised to help us out every day but did nothing. apologised for our poor treatment on the last day of our holiday and assured us it would be rectified. they offered 280 pound which i refused then they just sent it anyway and ignored my request. it’s so shocking how badly they treat customers 3 months down the line and the complaints just don’t reply and there’s no number to call. ruined family holiday 😩😩😩
