do not book with this company

do not book with this company. sent us to an unfinished hotel with no room when we arrived then 2 rooms that had no glass in the balcony with a small child. and no staff and hardly any food no entertainment
promised to help us out every day but did nothing. apologised for our poor treatment on the last day of our holiday and assured us it would be rectified. they offered 280 pound which i refused then they just sent it anyway and ignored my request. it’s so shocking how badly they treat customers 3 months down the line and the complaints just don’t reply and there’s no number to call. ruined family holiday 😩😩😩
