Contacted Green flag as clutch had gone on Nissan Juke 23 miles from home. A repair on the roadside was not an option. The correct recovery vehicle was sent, and the car was taken to a garage our choice. Response was extremely quick just over an hour from time of call. Kept updated at all times. Steve the technician was Amazing, so helpful and courteous and delivered us safely to our destination. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

ITVX on TV is appalling. Doesn’t download programme requested, so slow and then we end up with a blank screen. Have totally given up! Come on ITVX sort it out!!! Just to mention no problems with other apps on TV

Amazing emergency plumbing from The Plumb Doctor attended the property within minutes. Excellent repair to stop water leaking from a hot water pipe in the airing cupboard. Customer care and friendly service were excellent. Would 100% recommend.

We have used 2C Holidays on two occasions. Their website is easy to navigate, They will keep you up to date, by e mail and with an app, which contains all the holiday information. Good discounts are given. Caravans are located on lovely sites. Will definitely use 2c holidays again.

Friendly staff. Safe and secure. Doogle can be very vocal, the staff are always able to deal with him, he doesn’t like being bathed and groomed. Really happy with his cut and beautiful soft fur after his treatment.

Lovely caravan, fab decking area which is lockable, great for making sure kids & dogs don’t escape. Quiet location. Van well equipped. The only item missing was toilet brushes. However this is no biggie, we all had a great time. The location of the caravan is superb for beach and Great Yarmouth. The only thing I would say is that passes to the Haven site, extremely expensive just for a weekend break. This is no reflection on owners of caravan.

Quick to respond.Called in the morning and an engineer came out in the afternoon. No mess, no fuss. Nothing too much trouble. Would certainly use again and recommend.

Absolutely appalling. I ordered a solar water feature on their website. Money was taken from my account and held by them for 3 weeks. No item received even though I constantly emailed them, no response was received. An expensive phone call to the company at premium rate resulted in, your order will be chased. A week later still no delivery or communication from them. An e mail was then sent to the chairman. A reply was received (Not by Him) Sorry the item you ordered is no longer available. They had my money for well over a month and nobody had the courtesy to tell me this. If I had not chased them they would quite clearly have just held on to the £70 I’d paid. Eventually received a refund, with an offer of 10% discount on any future purchase. This was just the final insult. Will never use this company again. Shocking customer service.
