Flowers were nice enough and delivered on time but for price eas a little dissapointed.
Biggest dissapointment is flowers had no smell whatsoever, bit sterile.

The Gentleman who came to fit tyre was friendly, efficient and helpful.
Turned up well within the hour on a sunday as promised and replacing my flat tyre took probably bit less time than it seems to at tyee garages.
It is expensive compared to what you may be used to at a garage, £200 all in for one tyre but you are paying for the mobile service, payment made quick on his phone.
The call staff member could maybe do with a little bit more experience in communication, pleasant enough but bit too eager on the hard sell and not reading the watsapp messages properly but heyho that should come with time.

The friendly delivery drivers always do a thorough job, are tidy and leave no mess and are curteous to neighbours, even difficult ones!
Restricted access is not a problem.

Used Bloom and Wild a few times now and flowers always last longer than from anywhere else we have used and they smell, which is actually a bonus nowadays as many just sterile from supermarkets etc.
Postbox pack great as well as you get to arrange yourself.
Great selection of flowers.
Delivery company however not the best. I included note not to leave with neighbour but they ignored this and did anyway,without even trying to get all way to ours (cctv) and we were in. Luckily this was one of our good neighbours.
So maybe offer delivery company options to customers, especially for those of us off beaten track, as some better than others.

we had this installed externally in June 2018 and from 2019 till now, July 2022, we have had non stop pressure issues with no fewer than 3 different service engineers, one for each year.
We had an oil pipe leak, inside boiler, that was replaced under warranty but Grants not interested in the pressure issue and nothing to do with them as now out of warranty even though services show pressure issue from first service. £7k for 4 years of problems and stress wouldnt go near a grants product again.
Search online and you will see many others suffering from similar pressure issues with these boilers, it is a disgrace that Grants have no loyalty to their customers and no interest in their products once they are sold.

order online, text telling you its ready and usually within the hour, used online ordering many times in last two years and nothing missing and no problems, staff always friendly, cant fault.

battery arrived faster than expected.
Month later came to fit.
It is wrong size. Why 4 stars still.
Because I went off the "recommendations" on the site saying Yes, this battery fits fazer600. It does not. But cant blame supplier for thay. Dont be an idiot like I was. Check it properly yourself. Left crying 😓
Checking returns policy is it worth it 🤔
