DO NOT TRUST THESE FRAUDSTERS! The Community Manager and Area Manager at Spaces (Regus) Hemel Hempstead are the biggest liars going, charge you for fake damage, lie about contracts, the area manager promises something and then retracts after signing and the community manager is the most two faced person I have ever met, adds stuff to your bill £200-£500 charges for no reason! then makes an excuse! take money off your card with no reason, sends money back to wrong banks and tell you to deal with it, put £100 parking tickets on your card with no authority to do so, Honestly avoid these crooks like the plague.

Do not use their offices!!! Absolute disgrace, bully, threaten and intermediate you, decided to put a £100 parking fine on my invoice in a car parking space with no signs! No ticket, no authority and rang accounts help desk who hung up on me! They always rip you off and take money from my account with no authority! No invoice, late payment fees, they are the worse company to rent from!!! Honestly avoid these people! Hemel Hempstead spaces is a hell hole, over priced, doesn’t get cleaned and charge you for anything they can.

Your local team has provided consistent reminders that the parking spaces are not all allocated to Spaces and therefore, as you parked in the space of another centre resident, the building issued a penalty (this was not applied by us). The parking requirements are labelled and well known to all Spaces customers. I have arranged for somebody to contact you locally to address your complaint. Deposited £200 and then they wouldn't let me bet with it asked for verification, sent it all never heard back and never gave me my money and kept the £200. Disgrace and need to be shut down.

Brutal! Don’t use the staff send automated emails, no phone number! I had fraud and they never come back to me, you can’t pay online and have to send them an email and a week later no reply! It’s a business account! Imagines telling your client sorry my card doesn’t work! Bunch of muppets
