Do not use their offices!!

Do not use their offices!!! Absolute disgrace, bully, threaten and intermediate you, decided to put a £100 parking fine on my invoice in a car parking space with no signs! No ticket, no authority and rang accounts help desk who hung up on me! They always rip you off and take money from my account with no authority! No invoice, late payment fees, they are the worse company to rent from!!! Honestly avoid these people! Hemel Hempstead spaces is a hell hole, over priced, doesn’t get cleaned and charge you for anything they can.

I am sorry that you feel so frustrated by your experience, however, it is important to highlight that we have not acted without authority.
Your local team has provided consistent reminders that the parking spaces are not all allocated to Spaces and therefore, as you parked in the space of another centre resident, the building issued a penalty (this was not applied by us). The parking requirements are labelled and well known to all Spaces customers.
I have arranged for somebody to contact you locally to address your complaint. They are working hard to reach a positive resolution on this occasion, please respond to them for more information.
