Omg I can't believe shein is such a nice convenient reliable company. I didn't even know they have plus size ! They have a big range of sizes and I think over 110 euro it's free shipping and it comes in like 10 days!
The clothes ofc are not top quality but they look just as the pictures. Reviews are the most helpful on there to find out which size you like on you.
Fast in app customer service as well !! I am genuinely shocked in a good way. Big sizes, good customer service and fast delivery? Yes please !

Paid express shipping but when I asked why it's taking way more time they said I had standard shipping. Then when I checked online I was shown that my package is on hold. Then I tried to speak with an online customer care agent and he didn't even bother actually answering anything. It was Joel V, he asked for my address and then just aired me. maybe US shippings have better luck. I was offered store credit by the automated bot called Ashely so they don't even give you a choice for your refund. So sad about this cause I was so excited about receiving my items :/

They don't allow bad reviews on the products lol. Any one-two star reviews it gives you an error, funny coincidence. I expected better from a Rihanna owned company. Anyhow I learned my lesson and will try to find in stores even though they don't sell them in my country

Don't use this service. If the company you're ordering from is partnering with them just avoid it. Their emails are undeliverable..
They delivered my package to another country. Destination was to Cyprus but it ended up in Denmark/Germany (unclear which one of these 2)
The main webpage of theirs can barely be translated and there's no way of reaching customer service. I've tried calling and emailing. Just please avoid

Unfortunately I didn't receive my package. Coming from the US to France was no issue but then my package kept showing that it was bouncing from Cyprus to Germany. The status was stuck in Germany for 12 days before updating that it was delivered in Germany! (Destination was Cyprus). I tried customer service multiple times with no response. One email reply was that I should write them the email in English as they only respond to English even though I didn't write in a different language. So my package is just gone in Germany somewhere to probably be sold off at a cheaper price. A few days later I hear from the news that there's a bunch of mail and packages stuck in Germany and they're not delivering them. Not sure what's happening but I'm devastated

I wouldn't recommend buying online from the website. I tried to call customer service to ask about my package but the DHL partner they use wasn't really updating and it was stuck in a whole different country. My package seemed to be bouncing from Cyprus to Denmark in a matter of hours. They said to wait but then the next day it magically said delivered (to a whole different country!). Customer service was as helpful as they could, they seemed a bit unsure how to speak and what to say due to scripts but they did all they could. The one star is honestly there only for them to cause they helped so much,they processed a refund due to me not receiving the package. I was waiting for a month and didn't even get to receive my products. I think they should use a different courrier service because arriving to the EU was no problem but then instead of coming to Cyprus it went to Denmark. 7 products just got lost out there and DHL is just unreachable. Very unfortunate experience... Someone in Denmark is getting lucky I guess

Really good deals for precooking weekly food. I personally love their snacks and especially the mystery snack box cause I got to try different flavors of snacks and then kept it in my diet. Excellent customer service, super helpful and very nice, I feel way more valued with this company.

I wouldn't recommend the online shopping. They were delaying the delivery so much. I got some presents for Christmas (not during the lockdown which would justify it). I called customer service so many times and they wouldn't be honest, they wouldn't let me return the items and receive a refund or store credit. The coldest customer service call I've ever had ( worse than calling your local council )

Unfortunately they don't send out their samples very quick. I just received my sample after a month. No customer service but you'll receive your sample at some point. They don't give out dispatched information etc.

It is so sugary that is not even worth it as a cheat day. It's just sponge and whipped cream stacked together. Even the fruit cake which should be made with cream pattiserie is the same.

I think the chicken is overcooked so when we microwave it is even worse but it's convenient if youre following a diet. I really enjoyed the mystery snack box, so many delicious treats. I think it's perfect to figure out which protein fueled tricks you might like.
They're on time and their delivery partner is so trusted, it tells you how far they are from your house. The lockdown made it a bit tricky because they don't hand it to you directly but that's to protect you and themselves. On my 3rd order unfortunately I received chocolate that expired on the same day of delivery. You get hidden charges of subscriptions and the deals they have is because the product is expiring VERY soon. My MF subscription didn't work, so no benefits from that.
Very helpful customer service which is mostly why I support them. Any inconvenience that happens shoot them a message and they'll try to help.

I ordered magic cards from them through Amazon. Pretty good for any magicians out there or even if it's just a hobby. Good pricing and they seem good quality. I don't know about the rest of their products. I've checked them out and they're a bit pricey but I guess people buy them for work/practice

WiFi is pretty standard but my God what customer service.
I've been without WiFi for 2 months during this quarantine.
Absolutely disgusting. They lied to me on the phone. We booked the engineer for the morning and when he didn't show up I called and they said he'll come at 6 and then he just didn't show up. I called again and he was saying they'll fix it after two weeks.
Unreliable, I thought virgin media cared about the customers
Imagine being told to wait a month for internet, confirming with them that the issue will be resolved by a certain date and then being completely ignored and lied regarding the engineers status.

So I wanted a nice shimmering body oil and in the pictures it looked gorgeous. I bought it from Amazon and it smelled nice but there's literally no shimmer. After a week the oil smells off. I give it 2 stars only because the first week it was smelling so good. I wouldn't buy again

It's a scam so please stir clear. It only pops up after you make a purchase. It's like spyware
