Dishonest Energy
Told us we Qualified for a free condensing boiler to replace our out of date back boiler.After a couple of months they offered Air Source Heat pump and Solar panels and want over 6k towards it, they know I'm renting off a private landlord I've 3 children and I'm claiming Universal Credit,should be renamed Dishonest Energy?!

Hi Tom, It looks like this review is about a different company entirely as we do not sell or provide any condensing boilers or air source heat pumps. I've invested £6000 in April but I've had no acknowledgement of my deposit or acknowledgement of proof of ID and no username so I cannot log into my account .No reply to emails spent hours on the phone with no success ,how can this be legal...it's appalling my next step is the Financial Ombudsman.
