Educate your staff

Some staff are really annoying. They try to deceive people with false information and make them to spend more money on not very useful devices. It might be due to the commission that they can get from sales? If so,please educate your staff more to respect customers and pay attention to their real needs.

receiving wrong product!

receiving wrong product!
I ordered "vichy liftactiv serum 10" but I received "vichy liftactiv supreme". I ordered a better product and since there are lots of similar products the guy who packed should be aware of these things. What I ordered is a hundred DKK more expensive than what I received. I wrote to the customer service and sent them photos of the receipt and what I received, but they have not answered me.
This is the second time that has happened to me !!!
