Moved to Tesco after being with O2 25years. And they had big issues after merging with Virgin. Even tho Tesco use 02 lines I’ve had perfect signal perfect everything
And most of all perfect price.

Our friend has Been in Somerset House Wheldrake for 2 years . The staff are excellent Kind friendly and very hard working. When we visit we are greeted like old friends . Our friend loves living there, so we feel confident that we made the right choice of care home.

2 excellent staff giving me the best advice on the product I wanted to buy. I couldn’t have asked for better service. The amazing technician setting up my new computer , with all my things from my old one. And giving me lots of really good tips and advice on how to get the very best from my new product.

Disgusted with Clark’s shoes . I ordered 2 pairs of sandles . I was emailed to say they were out of stock and my order was cancelled . Strangely enough the next day tbe sandles were delivered to me . They were not suitable , so I contacted customer service to return them . I was informed this was not possible as they had been cancelled. !! I rang them several times to be told the same thing. After numerous emails and phone calls a customer service lady apologised but said a refund had been sent to me . On checking with my Bank I was told Nothing had been returned to my account. I emailed the CEO of the company 3 times . Not 1 reply . Then the same customer service lady sent me a gift voucher of £25 and an apology for my trouble. Still NO refund of my £53.20 for the sandles . I took them to a Clark’s shoe shop , the manageress rang customer service NO REPLY . She told me she would send the sandles back for me with a not me explaining the problem.
2 1/2 weeks later still NO REFUND . And it seems nobody knows where the sandles are ??
I have visited 2 Clark’s stores . Phoned another in York . Sent about 7 emails . Rang customer service ( in India )
And still I have got no where
I
Am £53.20 out of pocket and have NO sandles either. Shame on you Clark’s shoes.
