The company is useless

The company is useless
Did not return calls
Did not advise on time to visit a tenant property - expectation was for the owner to sit outside for 8 hours

Didn't turn up on 4 occasions

One of the Admin staff hung up on me because I was annoyed and raised my voice slightly like you do A totally precious personality - should have taken a breath and passed me to a colleague
I didn't shout at her but expressed my exasperation



A co owner turned up at 8.30 am hwithout notice Jason

Txt him - no reply

Emailed David who didn't reply


10 mins from office to property for them & me -

Had to take 4 days off work due to their incompetence

Useless- rude - entitled

Do NOT use them

I joined the Trend-Signal membership…

I joined the Trend-Signal membership program when it was first introduced
I have not been disappointed it has been excellent
Mike and Chris are both patient & knowledgeable and explain in a excellent manor they get you involved and its good to verbalise your thinking of real trades
It has increased my confidence and made me look at trade potentials in another way 19 out of 20 winners
if you are thinking about signing up - just do it
