Extremely Disappointed – Order Never Arrived, No Refund Issuedany…

I placed an order with this company over two months ago, paid 2,239 DKK, and never received the product. After several follow-ups, I was told that some parts were “lost” and they have no replacement available. Despite clearly acknowledging that I will not receive what I paid for, they are still holding my money.

Their excuse is that they must wait for the delivery provider to return the product to their warehouse — a product I never received in the first place. This is completely unacceptable. As a customer, it should not be my burden to wait for internal processes between the company and their courier to resolve, especially when I have nothing to show for my payment.

I’ve received zero support, no refund, and nothing but delays and excuses. This experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and frankly disrespectful. If this is how they treat paying customers, I strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this business.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We apologize for any inconvenience caused if parts of your order were lost during the delivery with one of our couriers. Our aim is always to deliver complete orders, and we regret that this has not been the case.

If other parcels from the order have been delivered at the address and is requested returned, these must be collected by the courier before we can issue a refund. This step is required to ensure that compensation is processed correctly.

We have sent a request for your order number so that we can check if everything went according to these terms, but have, unfortunately, not received a reply back.

You are more than welcome to send this anytime.

Unjustified Fees & Terrible Customer Service

I had a terrible experience with SATS. Without any proper notification, they sent my account to a debt collector (Intrum), charging me an outrageous 1,400 DKK in fees. After thoroughly checking my e-Boks, I confirmed that I never received any reminder or notice of a failed payment.

Instead of properly informing their customers, SATS seems to rely on third-party collectors to impose excessive fees. This is completely unacceptable, and I will never use their services again.

Be cautious before signing up—this feels like a scam.

We collaborate with Intrum, which notifies our members if a payment is missing. We always send a reminder via both email and SMS, without any additional fees.

It sounds very strange that you haven’t received any information at any point. I would definitely recommend reaching out to our Customer Service team so they can look into your case and investigate what has happened.

PLEASE READ/ Please help:

I purchased two train tickets (for me and my partner) from HH Airport to Lübeck HBF on 02.04.2022 at 0922hrs. However, an issue occurred which resulted to my partner losing the train from Hamburg HBF to Lübeck. Unfortunately, my partner was the one who was holding our train tickets. Once I boarded the train thinking he was inside, I communicated with him and was informed that he is not on the train. He immediately sent me photos of my ticket which he held in order to prove the ticket inspector I had not boarded without a ticket. The ticket inspector, however, flatly rejected the picture of the ticket which I had paid for and fined me in the rudest, most unacceptable way, surely due to the fact that I am not German, yelling at me and threatening to get me out of the train! Meanwhile, I was calmly trying my best to explain the situation in English but she only told me that she speak NO English and I should speak German and, quoting her, “my boyfriend does not interest her”. The ticket has a single use identification number which can be verified only once by machine, making it void for further use. They are trying to scam me to pay a fine of 60 euros. What should I do? Pleased to hear your opinion.

Burga is 🔥

First time shopping from Burga and I had a great experience.

When filling in my address, I made a mistake so I contacted customer service and they immediately responded and corrected it.

Order arrived earlier than expected, cases are lovely (even better than in photos) and packaging is super cute!
