Online returns policy is not customer centric

should have read the returns policy for buying online - but I just think it is ridiculous they force you to pay for postal returns and not just walk in and return at a store if you've bought online. Not great customer service. It's just a way of making returns as difficult and costly for the customer as possible. Poor show. Wont be buying from them online again because of this policy.

In a world gone mad using AI and self service tools that only frustrate, Holland Cooper stands LEAGUES ahead in customer service protocols. If you phone, an actual human who knows how to help is on the other end of the line, if you send an email query, it is answered, with actual useful answers within minutes. Not only that, their products are of an exceptional standard, too. Thank you HC Team for the most awesome shopping and customer service experience I've had in years.

Software updates make applications non-functional

If you do an update - make sure it works. POWERPOINT application has become non-functional since latest software updates have run. You guys are the techies, we are the users - get it together! Poor show but it's becoming the norm.

Cannot get "easy repeat" order timescale correct

We have a repeat order for pet food set up for every 8 weeks. Why is the order only going to be shipped at 9 weeks? Last order delivery was 8th April. 8 weeks later would be 3rd June. I am now going to run out of the food my dogs like to eat this week as Pets at Home Easy Order is only shipping the next deliver on the 8th June - do not set the automation to the same date of every month - that doesn't equate to number of weeks between dates!! so either ask your customers to book for every 2 months for delivery on the same date of the month or set the automation to actually count the number of weeks.

Fiber is worst

Fiber is worst. We have just sweitched to vodafone fibre from normal copper wifi broadband - it keeps dropping the signal - how is this even possible - Come ON Vodafone! this is ridiculous.

Select items are fabulous

Select items are fabulous. Have recently bought some little slider flats (first ones bought 2.5 years ago have only now worn out) and they are so comfy and elegant - for only £5! They are my go-to site for these shoes. Have also bought several tops over the years that are clearly upmarket items - 100% cotton or linen and well made - equally reasonably priced. Lovely website - thank you

App payments don't reflect and support team can't seem to get it sorted in 2 months since payment - results in interest charges against PAID UP plans!!!

I paid £109 in December and allocated it against several credit purchases - paying off 2 and bringing down the balance across each remaining open plan. I allocated the payments to the plans via the app and they took the payment and didn't allocate as directed. I phoned mid December and was told they would allocate and the app would reflect the corrections in 5 working days. I checked again the second week of Jan - and the allocation still hadn't been done, so I phoned again and was told the app would reflect correctly in 5 working days .... it still hasn't updated and now my online statement via email is also incorrect. How come the app doesn't work and why can the back office finance team not get the corrections done manually? I am now about to be charged interest on 2 credit plans that were PAID UP 2 MONTHS before they were due! Shocking that this is going to take a 3rd phone-call as the first 2 didn't get the result. Shocking that the app hasn't been updated to work correctly. Do they do this on purpose so they can charge interest against interest free plans? It's not rocket science Argos.

Just Eat stole our supper! Every second delivery has items missing, now our entire meal - 3 medium quarter pounder meals has been delivered - just not to us. Am so sick of this company I will NEVER use them again

Better than the rest!

I've had other fresh food deliveries but this one was better than all the others I've tried. The produce lived up to the claims, the boxes were all packed well and so far the service has been excellent. Am happy with the quality and service and grateful to have finally found an organic fresh food service that lives up to its claims.

Amazing service

Amazing service. We bought a sleeper couch but when it was delivered (on time) it just was too big for the space we had in mind for it. The Customer Service team were amazing and it was picked up for return the next day and the refund came through 2 days later. Faultless service

Do not buy LAGKAPTEN Table

Do not buy LAGKAPTEN
Table, dark grey, 120x60 cm for delivery - IKEA don't spend the few pennies it would take for cardboard corner protectors - first table top arrived damaged - asked for replacement - they don't take away the first one and the second delivery is more damaged than the first.

Could you be any MORE annoying…

Could you be any MORE annoying Microsoft?? I hate searching via Edge. I've set Chrome as my default browser - I don't get Google as the search engine - I get Yahoo - simple fix - go reset the search engine - but I cant as for whatever genius reason, someone decided that they will remove this option so people can't have freedom of choice. Life is stressful enough without you messing us around with incredibly annoying moron moves Microsoft.
