It took a bit over 2 weeks to get my order of "in stock" item received - that is OK.
It is OK if you understand that "in stock" sometimes/often means available from 3rd party warehouse: external warehouse > LVR workshop > order pick and pack > shipment to end customer.

So after my order check out, it took 1 week for ordered Mondraker bike to get delivered from some supplier warehouse (Mondraker?) to LVR workshop, where it was processed and in 2 days shipped further to me. Another week for shipping company to deliver it to my door.

No any surprises. I am happy Mondraker Arid bike rider now.

Could be better if LVR make it more transparent that some offered items are "in stock at supplier" and it will take x-days to order dispatch...

Many orders fulfilled with no issues so far. I did not have any reason to contact support nor initiate any complain - that is pretty positive in my mind :)
Packages come well packed from actual sellers and always in timely manner.
RRR is much better than some other Polish competitor to my experience!

Several orders done. Some orders were shipped with significant delay. Some where OK, but still no good order processing transparency there.
For recent order I requested order cancellation before order got shipped to me and customer support declined order cancellation since I have no rights to order withdrawal. What a heck!

Recommend to avoid it and prefer competition, as RRR etc.

Positive experience. Did not have to contact customer support as tires selection and ordering were simple and clear. No issues with payment and order confirmation too. Tires got delivered in 2 separate packages by DPD right as was scheduled in about week time. Feels to be reliable partner for tires buying in Europe.

At first it looked to be 5-Star on the horizon..
It felt to be fine discovery to me: intuitive interface, clear logic in site navigation, very good selection of parts and really competitive prices. Check out with ease and possibility to add parts to already paid order.

It then got reported as shipped same day, Monday! Really quick - benchmark! No any tracking provided though...

And guess what? After one week passed I learned things are not that smooth actually. On third attempt customer support provided me with valid tracking number - it appeared parcel actually got shipped on Thursday, 3 days later than initially reported. That is still OK. But no longer perfect unfortunately.

Only place I found to get specific SRAM XX SL derailleur spare part: well priced, got it checked out with ease. DPD delivery took some days to get me back on trail :)

No idea how many of orders successfully delivered to me - Bike24 only showing last 24 month orders. But there were plenty of orders! And some returns too.
And never any issue happened, never had to contact them for support! Best in class!
Still there are some minor things to improve with product properties and respective sorting. For example search for wheel rim - there is no filter for spoke holes (e.g. if I am looking for 24 holes rim only); also no sorting on products weight. Could be good to have those, but can survive as is.

Fast delivery of order.
Was looking for Philips multicooker small plastic spare part. Many places have it on offer, but too high priced or very long delivery time (month+).
Artaudioparts offer was best with reasonably short delivery time. Package arrived timely and really well protected/packed. Thank you!

First order with wheel set was well delivered with no any issues, so 2 new orders followed. This time not that bulky items and delivered by DHL really fast, well packed. Super, I am happy!

Why there are so many negative reviews in recent month complaining about customer support service? Hoping for the best placed my first order with Bike-Discount.de for new Campy wheel set and tires that I need for road race event in a month time.

⚫April 19th: order checked out and paid; all ordered items are "In stock, delivery time 3-6 days";
⚫April 20th: order packed and shipped notification;
⚫April 26th: package arrived well packed.

Overall order delivery speed and service quality exceeded my humble expectations. Glad I had chosen Bike-discount!

Got some LEICA accessories ordered there. Order got very quickly processed and shipped. Very swift delivery by UPS. All went very well!

They know what they sell, do that fine and deliver quick. Another successful purchase is completed.

Company profile looks to be conspiracy covered. But it works - tried out.

There are minor red or orange flags from other reviewers as company is not that much straight and transparent: registered outside EU, Georgia; sales office and phone number in Estonia; bank account Belgium; installment services Lithuanian and Estonian; price consultants links Latvian. Makes it hard to trace the roots.

PayPal payment option is claimed in Terms and Conditions, but not offered at check out;

At the same time there are no actual poor experience reviews here! Many shares positive experience. Hope for the best practice and give it a chance :)

P.S. Ordered camera arrived ROW (rest of world) market intended. Not EU market. That may be issue in case of official warranty claim at some point.
Package arrived from Latvia - with no any additional customs or other charges. That worked fine.

Unfortunately cannot recommend.
Placed my order for "in stock" item with expectation to get it shipped in 3 days. After a month of waiting had to send request and learned that it was not true stock-offer - item is delayed from manufacturer, need to wait another week. OK. Any update from guys after a week? No.
Another request, another week to wait. Requested to cancel and refund. Cancelled and refunded? No.
Another reminder in a week time - finally cancelled and refunded. Gosh!
Would not do the order if I knew that. But on other hand I would be OK to wait if it would be advertised correctly and there would be order status/update notifications sent about delays etc. Just a bit of transparency would make me happy.

Ordered Makita screwdriver and got it really fast - exceeded my expectations.

Strongly believe company is good and reliable as a supplier. But quality of "styling" products is below personal expectations or not on par with price tag unfortunately.

Years ago purchased black front grille for V70 II. After some month black paint chipped and nickel coating appeared from beneath. Warranty request was rejected.

This week purchased R-style blue speedo dials. Original dials are thin steel with embossed digits and dashes - jewelry work! V-parts blue ones are flat printed sticker attached to thick plastic base. And you can see its white color on the edges/sides of odometer window.
Fuel gauge sticker was attached out of position (empty tank signal hole was out of position). Had to remove sticker from plastic base and re-position it.
Such quality is far from being worth of 100€ unless you are obsessed with blue dials :) This high price would be somehow justified if blue dial hand caps would be included in the set as well. Mine I had to spray myself.

A bit sad experience overall.
P.S. All above applies to styling parts experience. Spare parts, especially well know brands shall be other story.

PPS. V-parts guys contacted me shortly after review and I got new fuel gauge shipped free of charge as a replacement to faulty one. Also got 2 TWIX chocolate bars on top of that :) Very pleased for kind issue handling and positive communication!

Got ordered some spare parts for turntable. Glad that possibility is existing there! Decent price, simple ordering process and fast arrival on top of that.

Got ordered DeoxIT GOLD G5 Spray and it arrived extremely fast to Estonia by DHL!

End of this year looks to be difficult for Audio-Technica online sales dept - 3 orders checked out in November, but only 2 are listed in my account orders history. Both listed orders have actually already arrived, but still are listed as being Processing. 3rd order status is unknown yet.
Must add that my previous orders were handled better. Also shipping speed, packaging and goods quality is 5 stars!

Purchased Pro-Ject Phono Box RS2 phono preamp from them on eBay and got very positive experience!
