SCAM! Was told I'd be charged a pound/dollar for one upscaled image and this auto-enrolled me into a 'subscription' at towards £30. This money was stolen and I'm reporting for fraud. I've requested a return of my money but am not hopeful. The bank may reverse payment. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Took me telling them to cancel my order FIFTEEN TIMES on a live chat with a bot before it was approved. Disgusting.

Counterfeit item received and refused to refund. Agreed to a small refund if I return item which would be cancelled out by the postage fees!?! PayPal decided on their favour. Vile scammers. Disgusting company. Lost over £30 which I cannot afford.

Absolutely abysmal. Food was due at 9am. No show. App finally said it can't be delivered. Called at lunch to be told we should have had a call and it will be here at 2pm. No food by 4pm. App then says it cannot be delivered. Called customer service a second time. Will be refunded in 3-5 days. Absolute joke! Do not use! Wasted the whole Sunday as we had to stay indoors.
