Wrong tyres kept vehicle off the road for 5 days.

After I had booked a slot, then accepted Kwik-Fit's request to change it for the next day, when they arrived (a bit late) I discovered they had brought the wrong tyres; this meant I could not use the car on the road as the old tyres had failed the MOT due to deep nail holes in the treads.
Then they couldn't get the right tyres until 5 days later, when their service was back to normal.
