Great service

Great service. Mark was really friendly and the service provided was great. I had a new clutch fitted and the turnaround was very quick. I was shown a video of the damage to the old clutch and Mark explained everything to me . I will definitely be using them again

Intimidation & bullying

I have recently started receiving demanding letters for an outstanding fine for £170 for parking in a restaurant car park 3 years ago (January 2020), which I had appealed against at the time. I rang debt recovery up and sent them evidence that I had a meal in the restaurant 3 years ago and i explained to them that when I had received the initial parking fine I had immediately appealed against this but had heard nothing from the parking company. They were not interested and said that if I didn't pay I would have to go to court.
I can't believe that they have waited over 3 years to chase this. Even though I have sent them evidence they have said that I still have to pay. I await my threatened court date.

Would not recommend this company

Would not recommend this company. My bill from the vet was £217. Insurance company said they would not pay the out of hours consultants fee as they only pay standard fee. Unfortunately my cat had a bad injury out of hours and it was not life threatening. Then they deducted the £99 excess fee and told me I was due a payment of £0.00. I have cancelled my insurance with them and advise you again dont use them.
