I'm getting a really good service from our Site Manager, Hayley. I queried a technical issue on behalf of a resident yesterday, and first thing this morning I have a reply - and it's constructive and helpful! Thanks Hayley for all the help and support you give us.

I can't rate our Site Manager highly enough. We have had several irritating issues, but they have always been dealt with in a quick and professional manner. Problems which could affect the health and safety of residents, such as the removal of contaminated waste, the clearing of communal paths, and lighting issues are dealt with immediately. The Site Manager is regularly on site, checking on contractor performance (Covid regs permitting, of course) and will attend residents meeting when required.

Our driver is always considerate and polite. The delivery arrived in time, was handed over socially distanced, and kindly pushed into our hall as it was heavy. This kindness was greatly appreciated. As was the driver's smile!

Delivery on time, and professionally handled especially given the current crisis and all, where drop and run seems to be the order of the day with some carriers.

Driver made sure that the package was discretely handled, was courteous with a lovely smile.
