I made a silly error when returning my order and thought it would be a nightmare to resolve. I couldn't have been more wrong! A super helpful person, Jess, assured my woes quickly and was just so lovely. Your customer service is top knotch and I highly respect the way your staff treats their customers. Good for you!!
Read a lot of reviews about customer service being rude when you try to cancel and that was certainly not my experience a minute ago. Of course they will try to get you to stay, they are a business, what do you expect! Took only 3 min total on the phone, hardly a nightmare. Beers were tasty, great selection for pales, fast delivery, just unfortunately a bit out of our price range at the moment. If I had the money I would sign up with them again, no problem.
How is it even legal that you still operate? You people shoudl be ashamed of yourselves. How do you sleep at night knowingly screwing people over in a global crisis like this? T*ssers.
I love their products and you really can see the results. I'm a particular fan of the scent-free facial moisturiser which I would highly recomend to anyone with sensitive skin but slightly oily skin. I've tried a wide range of their products and all are fantastic and while undeniably on the pricier side, it truly is worth it. Their delivery is also super quick and I've loved it in the past where you can opt in for a few samples - makes it easier to pick which lovely product to try next, and who doesn't love a little freebie!

Do yourself a favour and stop buying those horrible plastic containers, get on board with these guys and you won't ever look back. The delivery is super fast so if you go through too many capsules you can quickly change your delivery date sooner - so simple. Thanks for a great product (and the little jokes in each box!).

I didn't think it was possible to feel HAPPIER after talking to customer service! I just spoke to a lovely lady called Claire (I wish she could see this!) and she was so helpful and patient wiht all my silly questions. SSE must do some really good training for their staff because everytime I chat to one of their representitives I am always left feeling good. Really impressed!

[EDIT: Reducing it to 1 star as last night after a reply from BB to this review stating all these "new security measures" they have put in place, BB tried to set up a direct debit for the FOURTH time on my account]
I signed up with these guys 6 months ago thinking it was the neccessary way to pay my bills through my landlord (my fault completely, I misunderstood that it was optional). I cancelled within the 14 day period once I realised I didn't want to use their services. Everything was fine.
Everything was not fine.
BB have attempted three unauthorised direct debit set up's in the last 6 months and each time I dutifully cancel through my bank (I have now filed an official complaint through my bank and had them blocked from my account for 13 months).
Everytime I contact BB to inform them of this mistake I am assured it was a system error and that it will be fixed. Completely untrue. Everyone makes mistakes and I am cognisant of that (and also the current climate), but there comes a point where it feels like you are speaking to a brick wall.
They now hold my data on their system because no doubt their GDPR is slack too, so I can only imagine in a year once my bank has unblocked them, they will try again to force me into being a customer.
Fix your system, take me the **** off it and leave me alone. PLEASE.
