Mum was delighted with her new garage door. It has transformed the appearance of her bungalow, replacing an ancient wooden door that was too heavy for her to operate. We arranged the installation but could not be there on the day. Mum said that Vince and his colleague were amazing and could not have been more helpful.

After all sorts of initial problems resulting in a replacement battery my all in one has worked for almost two years. However it has now begun to charge at approx 16:30 every day. This is outside the cheap nighttime period I have set and reset in an effort to put right. This seems to have happened following the upgrades to the app. What makes it worse is the awful customer service via WhatsApp. Givenergy simply do not respond, making their guarantee pointless. Very poor.
After I fell and went through the knees of my trousers I had struggled to find replacement Craghopper slim fit boulders. My daughter found these with Outback Trading. Absolutely delighted that outback had the trousers I wanted, in my size and that the got them to me so speedily. Excellent service.

I ordered an electric blanket for my Mum for Christmas. The range available to choose from was good, as was the price and I was able to choose one with all the features I wanted. I should probably have ordered sooner but it still arrived in plenty of time.

I was really pleased to discover La Redoute, having struggled to find traditional mens pyjamas that I liked and at an affordable price. I would have paid full price but was fortunate to find pyjamas in the sale. Everything worked smoothly and I was able to collect from a nearby farm shop that serves as a collect and drop off point.

I needed to remove household and garden waste which had built up during lockdown. I ordered a hippobag online and it arrived quickly. I went for the middle size and although it was larger than I expected I still filled it. The collection was really straightforward - ordered the collection online and one day the bag was there and the next it was gone. Excellent service and will certainly use again.
