Every time I order a box

Every time I order a box, the delivery driver never rings my flat. They just leave it outside which can be stolen!! There are other people living in the building. It's not just a house. It happens EVERY SINGLE TIME! I'm at home when the boxes come, all they have to do is ring the bell so I can pick up the box. This company can't really expect us to wait for 2h in front of the door right?

As a leave safe service, we provide the option to select a designated safe location for your box to be left in case you are not in: The courier needs to follow the instructions precisely, so we apologise if that was not the case. Bad choices

When I found Lookiero I was very excited as I would finally have help in finding my style but unfortunately the experience hasn't been great. I think Lookiero is great for people who are over 30 and not young people, the type of clothes that my Personal Shopper suggests are simple terrible, if I was to actually dress with those clothes I would be in a worse position than I started.

I even shared photos so that the Personal Shopper could have a better understanding of how I dress, because the suggestions were still bad I decided to leave a message describing my body shape and what my preferences for each category (dresses, shirts, trousers, etc) and after that I receive suggestions that are complete opposite to what I like. It's like the Personal Shopper decided to ignore or purposefully get it wrong. (For example, I message that I prefer high waisted jeans and trousers and now I only get low rise suggestions)

I would like to know if I can get a refund of what I paid initially for the Personal Shopper. Thank you.

Ripped belt loop after first try

I bought three coats some days ago (a khaki petite belted coat, a black trench coat, and a stone wrap belted coat). I tried them once when they arrived and they seemed fine, but because I was indecisive about returning one of them I packed them all again. I decided to try them once again before returning. I dressed one of the coats (the stone wrap belted coat) and as I was putting the belt through the belt loop it ripped off. I couldn't believe this, after wearing it only once! I don't understand how can this happen after been tried once and during a simple movement.
I looked closely and noticed how badly everything was stitched. Bad quality clothing...no wonder it was on sale. It's really disappointing because it's a pretty coat and fits me well, but I don't want to keep something that won't last but I also not sure if I can return it and get the refund since it got damaged.
I wouldn't recommend buying coats, if you're looking for something with quality that lasts.
