Every time I order a box
Every time I order a box, the delivery driver never rings my flat. They just leave it outside which can be stolen!! There are other people living in the building. It's not just a house. It happens EVERY SINGLE TIME! I'm at home when the boxes come, all they have to do is ring the bell so I can pick up the box. This company can't really expect us to wait for 2h in front of the door right?

As a leave safe service, we provide the option to select a designated safe location for your box to be left in case you are not in: The courier needs to follow the instructions precisely, so we apologise if that was not the case.
