While ordering online, I could not get the coupon code to work so I called their support line. After waiting a while, I was offered the option to leave a voicemail for a call-back. Ninety minutes later, I'm still waiting. VERY poor customer service.
Review of Personal Creations
1. I did NOT received notice that my order had shipped.
2.The product I received was unfinished and had no instructions or adhesive to finish it.
When I submitted my complaint to PC, it was obvious that it hadn't been read because the response was a basic form letter.

Had I read the description and noted the size, I never would have purchased. Too small for the price. Some of the writing is illegible. Image is not centered on the magnet. Complete waste of money. This was to be a "stocking stuffer" for my daughter. Not any more!

You could've had 5 stars if you had checked your products. I received all of my items but will now have to pay postage to return one of them, and will probably be charged postage to get the replacement. Two parts of a pole are to be screwed together but it can't be done if one of the parts doesn't have a hole to screw into.(Item #362546).
