Stunningly Fast Delivery!

Stunningly Fast Delivery!
As well as a vast array of packaging products, we were surprised by how fast our order arrived.
Placed the order midday on Saturday, using 'standard delivery, and the order was delivered midday on the Monday! That's fantastic as far as we are concerned!!!

pattern card & size labels

pattern grading manila card is fantastic..as usual..
size labels are pathetic and a huge disappointment from a company I've highly rated for the last 30 years. not worth the price...

Pet blanket boxes

The boxes are great quality and the option for making smaller with is a great feature.
Delivery was incredibly fast ...so alll-in -all
we are extremely happy with both product and service

Review of Parcelforce Worldwide

Parcelforce - Waited in all day. No collection!!!!

Booked collection and paid extra for Saturday delivery. Told collection would be between 08:00-17:00 on 28 May. Waited in all day and no one attended to collect the package. Waited until 8pm and still no one arrived. Checked tracking information only for it to say that collection had been attempted and no one could contact me which is a fabrication. Tried to contact Parcelforce to speak to someone but website offers no contact telephone number. Can't contact anyone to fix this. Only choice is to pay again to ship with another carrier. Thoroughly disgusted as led to believe that Parcelforce was a reliable courier. What a rip off. Will be using DHL in future.

Pivo Support - An amazing experience!

Easily 6 stars out of 5 as far as I'm concerned!

I had an issue with the Pivo tripod and contacted Pivo via their support email and the response has been amazing. I included photos of my issue to clarify exactly what was wrong and they immediately responded and offered a replacement.

In my experience, the service I have had from Pivo support has been outstanding. It has to be the best I've ever experienced from a company I have dealt with.
