Booked collection and paid extra for Saturday delivery. Told collection would be between 08:00-17:00 on 28 May. Waited in all day and no one attended to collect the package. Waited until 8pm and still no one arrived. Checked tracking information only for it to say that collection had been attempted and no one could contact me which is a fabrication. Tried to contact Parcelforce to speak to someone but website offers no contact telephone number. Can't contact anyone to fix this. Only choice is to pay again to ship with another carrier. Thoroughly disgusted as led to believe that Parcelforce was a reliable courier. What a rip off. Will be using DHL in future.
