Purchased a Yamaha Natural Sound amplifier which gave me a 10% discount on any pair of speakers that day. Took advantage of this to buy a pair of Super Linton speakers. Did this via tele sales as the speakers are a special order item. Also added gratis 4 metres of high end QED speaker cable.
All was achieved with the patient help of Calum as the transfer of funds had a few issues.

How do they remain in business ?
Have had 4 packages not arrive recently on as many occasions. Tracking says delivered. .. untrue .. no knock at the door etc was in all day on those occasions. Totally hopeless as others before me have said. I had no choice with Whistl as they were the preferred choice of the retailers I was purchasing from. Too many poor performing companies in the UK. ...

On time. knocked at my door and handed over the parcel in good condition. ... simples ...Way better than DHLecommerce who should be disqualified from trading they're so inept.

I would award NO stars if possible. It seems I'm not alone in my concerns with this company. Waited in two days in a row for a delivery. Informed via tracking two delivery attempts were made. There was NO knock at the door (I have a loud door knocker) on either day and NO delivery card to say an attempt had been made, that any reputable courier company is supposed to do. I guess that you would call this an untruth or lie.
When trying to resolve the issue by phone you are charged per minute and the process is near useless and time consuming ... I was assured of a return call .. guess what no return call. .. How bad and incompetent can a company get before they cease trading.

All items present and correct and delivered on time many thanks. But I had to recall the courier who claimed he tried to deliver on his first attempt when I was at home, no delivery card.. an obvious untruth.

Like others have said. .. do not order items from this travesty of a company... goods do not arrive and they fail to answer emails.. how they remain in business is a mystery. .. ? I even checked Companies House to see if they were bona fide company. ..
