I've purchase a few items on Ruby Lane before and it is an easy website to navigate. The only issue I had was checking out, I don't like PayPal, I had them once before and they are a pain to deal with especially if there is an issue plus they now charge for monthly paper bills so I quit them. My issue is it is confusing because I just want to check out with my personal credit card but somehow it still goes through PayPal. I wish it was clearer. I did contact the seller and he /she got back to me very quickly with the information I needed. eBay is still an easier website to navigate, information is right at your finger tips where Ruby Lane it does take a little more effort.

Once again I am asked to review Dulles Glass before I have received my items. I waited till I received my previous order before I filled this review out. It would be a 5 star rating but as I said in my last review, the company does not allow one to track the package which makes no sense to me. The quality of the glass is great and I have been pleased with it but not knowing when the package will arrived is a real downer which is why I took a star off.

The glass is top notch, excellent quality and arrives well packaged, so with two orders, nothing has ever arrived broken. I do wish that the shipping company they use, Fed Ex, as well as Dulles Glass would let me know when I can expect delivery, a system of tracking would be very helpful.

My only issue is that I never know when the delivery will be made, I find the tracking is sorely lacking, I just get an email that my item(s) have been shipped but it would be really helpful if I knew when my item(s) will be delivered so I can coordinate being home to accept delivery. I've done two orders but will have to rethink if I continue because of the delivery issue. The glass table top is really nice though.

I was able to locate the book I wanted very quickly, great photos, excellent description, easy transaction, very quick delivery and well packaged, very reasonably priced, definitely will be using ThriftBooks again.

This review is only on the ease of searching and checking out on Houzz which was very easy and quick. The item I purchased is a polywood rocker and I have bought polywood furniture before and have been happy with it so I assume I will be with this rocker.

I have purchased from ThriftBooks before and have each time been very pleased with mum books as well as their condition and quick delivery. I highly recommend ThriftBooks.
