Service constantly up and down. This week 4 times during the day and any updates provided never align to the actual status and the expected fix times are always extended by days so they can demonstrate they fixed the issue earlier than the expected duration..so they can pat each other on the back. If they managed/coordinated local cabling and applied stricture controls when engineers in cabinets half of these issues would never happen....business's wouldn't accept this level of service but hey it's just Joe Public they will keep paying the monthly subscription.

Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max 1TB Unlocked Our diagnostic software has flagged that the camera on your device has dark spots on the lens. Over a period of time dust particles work their way into the camera module. Often these are only obvious on a white background, nevertheless the camera module of your device will need to be replaced. Then Offered £165.00 what!!!
What a load of rubbish so I asked to get the phone back - next day further email saying that had further checked the phone and were now willing to offer £230....complete scam! if you are offered a lower price reject it as its all part of the game they play to get your phone at a lower price.....
Having read other reviews - I also took time stamped photos before the phones was dispatched.

My phone has been returned thankfully no damage but the phone was not returned in the Apple packing I provided to protect the phone instead it was returned in padded envelope.

Very-Unpleasant-Smoking-Experience = VUSE. I have been discarding at least 2 out 4 creamy tobacco pods due to bad taste or leak 🙁 did one last order a week ago going to a 6mg pod and all of the pods have all been binned. Clearly the quality control is poor and they seem to be willing to accept this from their suppliers in China. Vuse you can clearly see considerable negative feedback from loyal customers so I hope you are taking action with your supplier who is clearly laughing all the way to bank !!!!! Second time an order has gone missing :( I'm left having to phone daily to be told no the haven't arrived and we don't know when as we have no ability to track an order once dispatched. Unfortunately this is likely to be the last time I use Vision Express as a result of this experience.- Update - Another day passed another call to the store and still no glasses and still no ability to confirm when they will arrive. Update - Text today to confirm order was ready to collect from the store sadly this was not the case text was sent in error order has still not arrived. Update - No further forward Glasses lost and now informed I have to wait up to another 2 weeks for replacement, no ability to fast track despite losing my order...just have to hope this pair doesn't go missing...expected more from Vision Express.. :(

Very disappointed with JP = placed an order for plants that were indicated as being available - 10 days later still no communication to inform us the plants were not in stock and when the plants would likely to be dispatched - have now cancelled my order today as I could not be provided with a timeframe for delivery. Will have to shop locally in future.

Still waiting on part of my order to arrive despite having waited months I have not had a single proactive contact from AMC customer service to apologise for the delay - I constantly chasing and each time given a new date which passes and then I'M left chasing again. lesson learnt NEVER PRE-PAY MONTHS IN ADVANCE!!! If its not in stock don't buy it...

Plants arrived dead, items cancelled had to call to apply for a refund even though T & M cancelled the order....have asked for the remainder of my order to be cancelled by email as this is the only channel open to contact them - sent multiple emails no response or help to resolve my issues....many 100's of customers seem to be in a similar situation - will try and recover my money - 7/6 still waiting for my money back despite promises - please read all the comments online stay away don't get ripped off...
