I recognize the nutritional fact that it might not be ideal to consume it frequently with all them calories, but you can actually be smart about it and turn it into your advantage, if you are a frequent gym-rat and you've been on the bulk, getting mcdonalds from time to time can help you achieve your macros in terms of the calories and stuff like that. Plus, they've been stepping up their game with some healthier options, like salads and fruit, which is a nice touch.

I will not be able to say something specific for every type of coffee they have since I have not tried them all, but I must say that they have good atmosphere in their stores around the world they are in the airports, they are in major cities, they are in many countries, usually they open up in good streets where there's a crowd, so a lot of turn out, concordantly, their coffee is fresh. It's a good brand that take coffee seriously. Nice.
