Conrad is one of the few online electronics stores that still offers customers the opportunity to save money through corporate benefits or student discounts. Even on the latest products!

Unfortunately, even very expensive goods are not packaged properly. My iPhone 17 Pro was packaged without any padding. For a €1,300 product, I expect more careful handling.

Good selection of items, pricing is fair. For more niche categories, the selection can be limited but overall their selection of items is solid. Shipping is done fast and items often arrive earlier than indicated.

Bad company ordered mobile aircon unit waited 10 days for it to arrive, it arrived and was totally wrong one delivered!! Tried contacting them by phone, phone number doesn't work and they do not answer emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!@

It's been 5 days since my first review, and this company still hasn't had the courtesy to reply to my issue with my missing order. They gave a quick response to my first negative review (to give other readers the impression they take their customers issues seriously), and I sent the requested information to the provided email address, only to get a snooty reply saying, 'We don't deal with this - we'll pass it on to the right person' And then they have the cheek to tell me to be patient!

5 Days later, still no reply and still no refund. If this is how they treat business customers, god help smaller customers.

I've reported the company to the payment processor and await confirmation of a chargeback.

If you want to receive the goods you paid for, use another company.

I bought a Leica Microscope on 03.03.25 for professional working purposes, first on, the website informed that they have it stock, later I had to call them, to ask what actually happened, no e-mail about sorry nor estimate delivery date for it. Last week I called them, they made it sure to me that I would get it by this week. Yesterday a huge surprise they have sent me the microscope without the ocular's!
after emails exchange IT WAS THE RIGHT ITEM, but please change the picture to one with no oculars!!! And write about the oculars with CAPITAL LETTERS ON YOUR WEBSITE, perhaps even on the beginning of your product description!

I'm very disappointed! it looks to me as an unserious business model to bait the client to buy and pay, after that, they order it from the manufacturer to ship it to you. We are talking about an almost 3.000 euros product!

Without to mention that I returned immediately something to them that I bought together with the microscope and until now I haven't seen any refund yet, the good returns happened longer then 10 days ago!!!
Really unpleasant experience trying to buy local, help the economy on your country and look what you get! bla bla bla!!!!!!

By the way, I already reported my case last night per email and today per phone around 8am! I‘m supposed to get a callback from your company! So far not even a sign from any worker! 12:04 pm

Decent store catering to both hobbyists and professionals. Wide selection and fair prices

pretty solid selection, especially if you're after professional-grade gear. The prices are fair, which is nice, but I found that some of the more niche items were a bit hard to come by. If you’re looking for something specific, you might have to dig a bit or settle for an alternative. It’s a decent place, but I wish their stock was a little more consistent. I’d say it’s worth a visit, though, especially if you’re in the market for reliable tech.

Here, I always finding what I'm looking for, from the latest components to unique accessories. The only downside is that some prices can be a bit steeper compared to others. anyway, the quality is typically great, so it’s often worth it to pay more to a better qualities :)

I ordered and paid two Einhell akku batteries from Conrad.de for my Einhell tools on December 11th, 2024, worth over €110. Today is January 15th, the order hasn't arrived yet. Two of my emails remained unanswered by the customer care department.
What kind of service is Conrad providing nowadays? I've been a good client of Conrad.de for many years but can't recommend the shop anymore.

I had a disappointing experience with Conrad.de. I ordered a product at a great price, waited for a week, then i noticed that the order was canceled by Conrad without explanation. To make matters worse, the same product at this moment was listed as in stock but at a much higher price.

This lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable. It feels misleading, and I expected better from a company like Conrad.

I Bought a graphics card that was on sale i paid and it then after 2 days gave me a time where it should have been delivered after a week of waiting i see on my phone that i got the money back and the reason was that they aparently did'nt have the card anymore what they do they just increased the price again i fell Scammed

It was easy to order and came quick. Also very happy with the product!

They wanted to scam me by saying that they received an empty package while i, in fact, returned the whole package. Saw that it happened to other people too. The carrier can also confirm the weight of the package when i gave it to them. So only one outcome : they robbed me

It works well, as expected. The design and form utility usability are solid
