their stupid A.I blocked our account for no valuable reason

their stupid A.I. decided without reason to block our account after 1 year and held CAD 2,211.02 for 3 months in reserve in case of fraudulous transaction. The issue here is that the only transactions we did was between us (company office board members) for testing purpose before to put our payment system in production. 3 months passed and the day after the end of reserve they blocked our account saying that our business does not fit their rules (we are a non profit fraternal organization with private subscribed members only which are allowed by Stripe). So now every week Stripe says payouts will go to our bank account but nothing is happening.... Stripe put our organization order in jeopardy so my advice is to avoid to use Stripe at all.

following the funny story of Stripe. I made one test in real time live mode with my own private bank account and debit card to be sure that everything is working from my API integration and then, not only they blocked my account, but they are holding for 2 months all my money, and at the end telling me than my business is a high risk model!!!! well, since when a non profit organization with 33,000 private members where Stripe is used to manage subscriptions, donations and contributions is categorized as a high risk? so in this case we can say that clinton foundation and bill & melinda gates foundation are also a high risk non profit organization!!! but they are allowed to transfer billions while I, simple human with a non profit org I'm not allowed to transfer USD 1000 with my OWN MONEY!!! ABSURDISTAN!!! get out from them you will save time..... I lost 1 year of their API integration for nothing at the end.... go to hell Stripe.

second time Stripe hold all our money…

second time Stripe hold all our money received from our clients, without any notice nor warning emails. since 3 months I'm fighting to get our money back or send the money back to our clients at least. Their support is an awful A.I. recurring the same request over and over. Stripe has NO PHONE support where we can directly call the support. very untrustful situation. We don't advise any serious business to work with Stripe and delegate your payment transaction to them. In a click they can bankrupt your business for no reason.

Stripe team, payouts don't work and money is held in the balance

Stripe team, we are one of your client since 4 years now and you continue constantly to hold our payouts for no valuable reason, putting our business in jeopardy. so please pay attention to our case and for sure we'll add more stars to stripe.
