Bought 2 Juno items (console and dining table) in "wood". This is fake wood, it's got a lacquer on top of wood that scratches with any movements, and comes into any contact with liquid which peels away the layer of "wood". Unacceptable for products which are costing over £800. This is not listed on site that it is fake affect, and it a huge disappointment - if I want CHEAP material, I would've bought IKEA at least that would be reliable.

Cannot get a hold of customer service to complain and request replacement or refund.

Withdrew a large sum from one savings pot to another. Virgin resulted in putting my account in a negative number, and despite adding more to the pot, the calculations have not gone up.

Where is my money Virgin? Can't write to anyone, can't speak to anyone. Looking to move banks but cannot until I know where my large sum has disappeared to.

TERRIBLE COMPANY
They have scammed me out of 150 euros. Firstly the product took over 20 days to arrive when I paid for fast delivery.
Returns cost £11.40 and the company claims it hasn't been received due to customs. My tracking says that there was no one to accept the product so the responsibility is on them!
I cannot get a hold of the courier company (who apparently have the sunglasses according to blickers) Blickers refuse to do anything, the customer service is appalling.
I have reported to them to their CEO and have requested advice to raise a claim! If anyone knows how to get their money back - please help!
