Premier delivery UNAVAILABLE

Signed up to Premier Delivery 2 days ago but no such delivery option for second order. The reason I went for Premier Delivery was so that I could place a few orders before my holiday. When I tried to check out, only standard delivery is offered and I still have to pay £3.95 for orders below £25! I went on live chat but none of the staff could help! This is very frustrating because now I’m £9.90 out of pocket and not being able to use premier next day delivery. Please help!

Another positive experience with Knight Frank

Francesca Leighton Scott (Bath Office) just helped me sold my property during lockdown. We exchanged contracts within one month of agreeing sale. From valuation to exchange, Francesca had been most professional and responsive. She was a joy to work with and I cannot thank her enough.
