Now Ordered twice from company now

Ordered twice from company now, was nervous first time due to other reviews and prices were considerably lower than other competitors. Pleased to say my experience was nothing but positive. Best thing about the company is the delivery which is tracked every step of the way. The doors were inspected before driver left and driver Mark couldn’t have been nicer. Prior to delivery, speaking to customer services was a 20 min wait to get through however again operative was nothing but polite and an ordered fire door which was out of stock, was resolved in minutes. Second order was here in three days. Would definitely order again thank you.

Avoid scam company

Avoid scam company. My 12 year old daughter was enticed by a bracelet purchase that never arrived, (designdecor store.com have now indicated this was an incentivised introducer ). Attempts were made by company to take a monthly charge two months running from my 12 year old daughters account. I Spoke to customer services who denied any knowledge of the bracelet and still took the original charge referring to terms and conditions, then closed the conversation after replying to a question how old do you have to have and account and what checks were made? At least my daughter learnt a valuable lesson around on-line safety.
30/10. Company has since offered 2 euros to be re credited to daughters card and hope I can update my review. This was after trying to tell trust pilot to remove review claiming my review wasn’t a legitimate experience. I gave trustpilot order reference number,call dates and attempted transaction dates to confirm it was a genuine experience. I asked designdecorstore.com 3 questions 1. What verification process of new customers allows a 12 year old to sign up to your subscription service?
2. What verification process does designdecorstore.com follow for introducers that offer a customer regardless of age, something(in this case a Pandora bracelet)they were never to receive.
3 why did it take 7 months from my review in April until the 16 October for you to even attempt contact regarding the situation. Designdecor store.com reply, no answer to any pints or personal experience and was a standard, we value feedback, working to improve and hope you change your feedback and consider our offer. PLEASE AVOID Designdecorstore.com. I think they just tried to remove negative feedback and didn’t bank on an aggrieved customer still being contactable. Well done trustpilot for checking before removing.
11/12 received email from trustpilot yet again today deaigndecor have advised this is not a genuine experience and want trustpilot to delete review. This despite me previously giving all transaction dates and reference numbers and My daughter has now been give 2 euro as a refund.!! So how can trust pilot say to me they will delete in 3 days if I cannot provide despite providing last time.

Watch prices but great service.

Beginning to end great experience, found an issue with the item I bought after less than a week use, was changed no hassle no fuss and great customer service. If I had to be picky I would say that as soon as the item became popular the prices went up by at least 25% and suddenly what originally came with the item then had to be bought separate adding nearly £100 to the overall cost.

Delivery was good, little embarrassed by bunch

Delivery was good. Especially opted for ‘large’ option when making choice. Looked very small in box and what I received was very disappointing total of 14 stems. Not sure if this is what counts as large but looked very poor compared to cost.

Good, earns more than would normally due to current climate, otherwise could do better

Great delivery, great good comms. Fair price in current market. Marked down as box was just about held together had holes in which could be courier and writing/pictures on box were faded leading me to believe this was fairly old. Bike was marked With a dig on steering column and plastic panels didn’t seamlessly join which again could have been courier
