amazing book keeping tool for SMEs
amazing book keeping tool for SMEs. I wish I had something like that in other countries, too.
integration with banks, easy to get reports out of it and my book keeper is also very happy. all I need! :-)

Package flying over the garden door in the night...
I have ordered a package from amazon with 3 pans inside. the delivery guy just decided to throw it over our garden entrance door (appr. 1.80m high).
so it ended up - in the pitch dark - somewhere in the open in our front garden; by pure chance I saw it, otherwise it would have stayed in the garden over night. I assume the pans have no damage, but glasses, porcelain etc. would have probably "not survived" that flight.
all other delivery service open the door, walk the 25m to our main entrance door and place the package under the roof and protected from wind and rain in front of our main door.
Not sure I would use that new airmee service for anything private in the future, even if they are cheap.

Never again - they have not understood even the basic key success factors for an ecommerce dealer.
I cannot say anything about the product - because it never arrived. at least after 18 days of silence my money came back. NEVER again with this company.
I had ordered and received the automatic order confirmation. then it started - email said to expect 3-6 days delay, ok, can happen, no worries.
after 10 days I sent an email to customer service to ask for status update (after all they had taken the money immediately), NOTHING.
two days later I sent reminder - again NOTHING. but I see that the company does respond to bad reviews here and on other channels. so why again is this more important than responding to your existing customers in the order process?
so another day later, I call. knowing I will wait forever... I get hold of a very nice Swedish lady who talked very sweet, but I could feel it was all BS ("your order is in process, it will be sent out in the next two days for sure, you will of course get a status update...."). NOTHING again for 5 days.
then I start the dispute process with MasterCard to get my money back. which of course they took right away at the order - even though afaik this is not legal in Denmark.
another two days later I get an email "your order is cancelled" - no explanation, not even a sorry, no alternative offer, just "you were cancelled". at least the money is back the next day. thank god.
if this is how you treat the customer - halleluja, good luck surviving in this market. great that you spend a lot on Google ads, social media ads etc. - but you should probably spend a bit more on customer service and logistics. thank god I am not an investor in your company - I have a feeling there are a lot of things wrong with your processes and policies!
and btw - don't trust this "discount only for the next x days or y hours". since 20 days this "special sale" has not disappeared from the homepage, even though it always said that you have to order in the next 1 or 2 days max to get the discount. just creating artificial pressure.
UPDATE after the response from trend carpet: I have not cancelled the order, THEY have cancelled the order. as I described above without even giving a reason or at least saying sorry. REALLY really bad.

absolute worst you can do with your money
I consider this the worst investment I have made in my life - and my money is locked in for another 20 years....
the fee structure is horrendous - I wonder what I thought when signing the contract in 2010. they sell you funds (from other parties) and then - on top of those guys' fees - take a horrendous "fund mirroring fee" on top. all they do is "mirror" an existing fund! no own research, no knowhow - you could just buy this fund anywhere else without that layer in between.
so even if the underlying fund performs rel. well, you do not see money for a long time. most of the performance is eaten by the fees, every single year!
the online platform is extremely bad - all you can do is see you valuation at the same day. no valuation / performance reports (probably on purpose) and if you need tax statements, tough luck...
customer service is sometimes responding, but often they just ignore your messages.
I got in touch with FPinternational through a company called DeVere in Dubai, they sell you a dead grandmother if you don't run away fast enough. useless...
when I moved back to Switzerland, their Swiss subsidiary got in touch. but then I heard that they are not even allowed to advise Swiss residents, probably the authorities know why...
unfortunately my money is locked in for another 20 years - if I'd take it out now, I would lose more then 60% of the value! after 10 years. this should be illegal. but it is not and I was an idiot.
people - please don't be like me! there is so many better alternatives out there.

Stay away from FP and from deVere if you want to avoid losing money.
I was sold a 25 (!) year plan 10 years ago through a scam firm called deVere in Dubai. surrender value today (so what I could take out today), so 10 years in and 15 years away from their "maturity date" is less than a third (!!!!) of what I paid in. according to the table I got at the time it should be at least 45% (still bad, but it shows that they are selling something else then they are doing).
they take a probably illegal 6% (!!!!) in fees annually (I don't know what I was thinking when I signed this.... but they came highly recommended form some friends, so ... I was blind). so it's impossible to make money in this investment, even if the stock exchange races.
it sucks beyond limits, but I am afraid I won't see any of my money before 2035.
on top of that - the funds the useless "agent" recommended at the time have lost 20% of value. but I just found out at least I can switch funds myself via the FP website (after requesting to turn on that functionality from their customer service) - it always looked like I had to get back to "my broker" deVere for that. but I don't want to talk to these people anymore either. even though they keep calling and mailing me like a pain in the neck.
the list of funds offered on the PFinternational portfolio is - however - very limited! it's actually a joke.
