Delivered earlier than expected which was great. Fairly easy to install.

James Ranger (119880) fitted our “perfect fit” blinds in our kitchen / diner. Throughout the process he was communicative, engaging, customer focused and also had a great sense of humour which is nice to see. We had a couple of problems with the blinds but he was very proactive in sorting these out and nothing was too much trouble. The blinds work well and look great, thank you!

I purchased a sink from Ship It, but unfortunately it was faulty. I contacted them and they were really responsive, communicative, helpful and resolved the problem. I cannot fault the customer service experience from these guys and now have a replacement sink. I would use them again!

Quality of plants very good and well packaged to protect them. Long delivery times due to Coronavirus so this was understandable. My only criticism was that the delivery was still later than projected and there was no communication to advise when it was on its way. But given the current situation, I’ll let you off!
