James Ranger (119880) fitted our “perfect fit” blinds in our kitchen / diner. Throughout the process he was communicative, engaging, customer focused and also had a great sense of humour which is nice to see. We had a couple of problems with the blinds but he was very proactive in sorting these out and nothing was too much trouble. The blinds work well and look great, thank you!
