Great service

The cotton duvet protector that I ordered arrived the following day. It is well made and just what I needed to cover my emperor sized duvet. Great service, great price and I would definitely recommend.

Showroom furniture moved with a smile

Showroom furniture moved with a smile. Our beautiful rug was folded and taken out to our car with great care and more smiles! Could not fault the service and friendliness from the staff who helped us. Thank you!

Lovely staff in Harrogate.

The Harrogate branch have the nicest staff, who make you feel very comfortable while browsing. The stock is beautifully displayed and very inspiring. It is very difficult not to buy something! I am very happy with my 2 outdoor cushions and my beautiful chair.

Great staff!

The staff in the Harrogate store are always very welcoming and friendly and are always on hand to help and advise but never pushy. It is always a pleasure to shop there.

Neptune are a lovely company to deal with. From the people working in the showroom to the delivery men you are always made to feel that your purchase is important to them. They kept me informed about my delivery every step of the way and the delivery of our beautiful new bed went without a hitch.

We were looking for a new matress

We were looking for a new matress. Smith's of Harrogate had an amazing choice that could have been overwhelming. However, the colleague who served us was very helpful and had good product knowledge. He was able to guide us through all of the options, that enabled us to make an informed choice. At no time did we feel pressurised and when we made our purchase, we felt that we had an excellent mattress at a fair price.

Lovely air-conditioned showroom

Lovely air-conditioned showroom. Lots of products to look at. Very friendly, helpful and patient staff, who took time to explain the pros and cons of all the wheelchairs we were considering. They could not have been nicer to deal with.

Poor customer service

For months I have been trying to contact you regarding SEG. You don't have an email address and the phone number you give is never answered! On several occasions I have listened to muzak for an hour, only to get fed up and hang up the phone ( I expect that is what you want!!!)
I have filled in a SEG form on line. This was overly complicated and I was asked for the same document twice! I now have to wait at least a month for you to process the form and I am not confident that this will happen. Your comment at the end "You now deserve a cuppa" was patronising and made me want to change supplier!
Your rating would have been less but an offer on my account to have a SMETS 2 meter fitted happened on time and it works well.
You really need to sort out your customer service. FAQs don't cut it!

My review could have been five stars

My review could have been five stars, as from start to finish, I have been happy with the product and the service, however, I feel there is room for improvement.
After I had the system installed, I was struggling to get the best out of it and avoid sending power back to the grid for little or no reward. I have batteries, which help with this but a neighbour told me about a device called I boost!
This unit diverts any power going back to the grid to the hot water immersion heater. This has increased the efficiency of the system and has saved on heating oil costs. I would recommend that this should be offered as an installation option.

Had to contact customer services…

Had to contact customer services because my v10 animal, cordless vac Stopped working. The person I spoke to identified the problem straight away and sent me a replacement motor, which I received two days later. So he turned a very negative experience into a positive, which is all I ask!
