I ordered the as shown full backed pants in June 2025. I received bikini ones. These were replaced but instead of 6 pairs I received only 4 pairs and yet again they were not the full backed ones. I then had to send photos of the pants and eventually was told they had stopped making the full backed pants some time ago - certainly before I ordered and they were still being shown last time I looked. I also sent to Laura a copy of the page on their advert that shows full refund will be made. Oh no it won't. I was offered 30% but had to return all 6 of them to China at my expense for them to be checked before a refund would be considered. How could I when I only received 4. I have sent 23 emails and have pointed out that that it is illegal to offer a product which they no longer sell and to take my money knowing that they will not be sending out the order they have promised. A very bad mistake being hoodwinked by this dreadful company. Avoid them at all costs . A very expensive mistake.

The bra I received wasn't quite right so I sent my feedback. I had an immediate response and was give the choice of my money back or a replacement which it was felt would be an ideal fit. The replacement is perfect. I couldn't be happier and I really am blown away with the extremely fast and perfect customer service.

I had gone into the Arnold Branch to make a couple of enquiries. The Manager was passing, overheard one query which was actually for him and immediately resolved that. As the teller had an appointment due with another customer and all the financial advisors were busy he stepped in and personally talked me through my options. I had gone prepared to move an account from another bank and he took all the actions necessary to do the transfer. I was delighted that he was prepared to spring in to action and speedily sort out the transaction. Now that is what I call fantastic customer service. I have always found the staff in the Branch to be helpful and can see from this it goes straight to the top. I highly recommend the Arnold Branch of The Nottingham Building Society

This is a company that actually does what it says - Rapid. (Helped by DPD who were also brilliant) All the products I have bought from them have been excellent in quality, packaging and price. I have recommended them to friends who agree with me about how good they are. Obvious to say, I am a repeat, repeat, repeat customer.
Honestly, I would give them 10 stars.

On System 3 acrylic paint their price is fantastic on their colour range. Great website, so easy to use. Their packing is exceptional, no chance of leaks. The speed of delivery was truly amazing. I'm now a loyal customer thanks to their great service.

Quality and speed of delivery were great.
Lost a star because the reduced price didn't get as far as the payment page. Office closed so I couldn't point this out till the following day by which time the reduction had ended. Hmm!

From request for brochure, ordering, asking for help and guidance, arranging for a return, speedy product deliveries even during Corv-19, I just have to sing this Companies praises. All members of staff have been polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. A 5 star Company indeed.
