We strongly advise you not to use Tecaz.
Although initially drawn in by the showroom, we have been incredibly disappointed with the ordering process, staff competence, customer service and lack of care for detail.
As the kitchen was ordered in May 2021, we did expect delays due to the COVID pandemic, however, the delays that we experienced are beyond realistic. The kitchen took 22 weeks to complete, forcing us to use make-shift facilities in our garage for 10 weeks of this! Most of the delays were due to staff incompetency in ordering the right products and measuring basic things correctly. When these mistakes were pointed out, there was no urgency to correct them. Examples of this are incorrect shelves being supplied, wrong sized shelves and doors ordered, incorrect internal units arriving, and multiple examples of the same error! We always had to chase them, and they were resistant to return calls.
Tecaz ask for payment up front and when they have your money, they don’t care about completing the job! Avoid them at all costs.

In response to Tecaz reply I again emphasis that the delays were significantly compounded by ordering of incorrect size doors and shelves, the provision of incorrect size waste bin system and the incorrect colour / pattern on an exposed shelving system - non of which are directly caused by the COVID pandemic. The excess delays to fit and complete were entirely due to errors by Tecaz processes and not the fitters availability.

Having had an air source heat pump at our previous house and keen to fit in our new property eventually but the old gas combi boiler broke at beginning of COVID lockdown! At short notice Marshal and McCourt were able to install an air source heat pump, solar thermal and PV panels with a wall battery in July 2020. Impressed they were able to accommodate our needs in difficult COVID times, both availability and sourcing materials. Detailed planning and calculations as to our house requirements. Staff were both friendly and professional. Some issues post installation dealt with quickly and efficiently. Also some joint learning with regard to siting of pipes and planning regulations quickly resolved. They have responded quickly to any queries we have had. Servicing booked easily with flexibility for our availability.
