the purchase I made was just what I needed, and has helped my foot to heal and prevented me from knocking my foot.

My parcel came on time, clearly marked "This way up" on all sides of the box, unfortunately the parcel has obviously been thrown around and the contents left in a complete mess, what a great pity for the suppliers and myself.

The agent I spoke to was understanding, patient and kind, I'm an older person and not as computer literate as most people, also a lot slower! but the agent talked me through what had to be done, treating me with a gentle respect.

I'm always excited when I get a new puzzle, although the price has jumped a lot, I still\manage to satisfy my enjoyment. The puzzles are good quality, I don't have any reason to complain.
