If I could give zero stars I would
Ordered a build your own hamper over a month ago
No hamper came ( sort of defeats the purpose of a build your own hamper)
and also 5 items missing which some of the items are now out of stock.
Tin of biscuits dented, tin of coffee dented, marmalade all over the poorly packaged other products. Sent them a photo and their reply was sorry!!
Took numerous emails all left unanswered, phone calls, WhatsApp to get a refund for the missing products. Very disappointing
Think they would have sent a good will gesture for no actual hamper ever coming, but no, nothing.
Sadly will not buy off them again.
Harrods however totally different experience
Hamper came less than 2 days after ordering it
Maybe you could take note from that fortnum and mason.
Please don’t reply by asking me to contact you fortnum and mason as it’s impossible to get to speak to someone on the phone that knows what they are talking about!

Disappointing service
Took money and postage for 2 coats
Then returned money for 1 item now out of stock
Didn’t have a choice to purchase an alternative size or colour so now have to pay another postage if I want to purchase

Absolute ball of creases and wrinkles in shirt
Not much thought put into checking garments before packaging them
Very poor quality of shirt also
Very thin and cheap looking material
Not what it looks like in the videos posted advertising the products
I would avoid buying from here in future
Over priced £50 for a shirt when you can buy at Zara for cheaper and better quality
