Doesn’t deliver to another part of the…

Doesn’t deliver to another part of the uk.

Enough said

For clarity I live in Northern Ireland which as far as I know is still part of the UK.

When I went to the checkout it stated that you don’t deliver to my postcode.

NEVER REACHED OUT AND EVEN WHEN I DID THEY SAID THEY WOULD HELP ME AND NEVER HEARD ANYTHING AGAIN!

ID GUESS AVOID NOW! IMAGINE CHASING A REFUND WHEN THIS IS WHAT THEY ARE LIKE WHEN YOUR TRYING TO GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

PLEASE DONT CONTACT ME AGAIN TELL BE YOUR GOING TO FIX THINGS THEN TOTALLY IGNORE WHAT YOU JUST SAID YOU WOULD DO.

YES I KNOW THAT ITEM IN MY BASKET ARNT RESERVED, YES I KNOW OTHER BUYERS CAN BUY THEM BUT GUESS WHAT……..I CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THAT AS YOU STILL HAVE NOT SORTED THE POSTAGE ISSUE SO I THEREFORE HAVE TO WATCH MY BASKET SHRINK AS OTHER PEOPLE BUY THEM.

PLEASE DONT CONTACT ME AGAIN AND GIVE ME FALSE HOPE AS PER YOU LAST THREE RMAILS.

Fantastic company and exceptional…

Fantastic company and exceptional customer service.

Fantastic product and I mistakenly ordered too much, I returned and a refund was paid promptly, I have to say the customer care was nothing short of excellent with Monaliza taking particular care to keep me informed throughout my return.

Highly recommended, not many companies offer a backup service anywhere near as good as this.

Don’t change a thing.

Absolutely rubbish

Absolutely rubbish

Spent a fortune on paint to paint a garage ramp, the stuff is like custard and has a skin in it while your putting it on, looks like a child with a comb tried to put it one, done a foot section and took it off straight away again, £200 of paint that’s absolutely crap.should have just used hammerite and saved a fortune!

AMENDMENT

A guy from regal rang me and was very helpful, I eventually did use the paint and am happy with it, I did inform them that they need to be more specific about the method in which to apply their paints and thinning ratios as not everyone that calls them is a tradesman.

Absolutely fantastic service

Ordered 2 pair or autry reelwind on Friday, promptly got an email warring me of possible import taxes etc and did I want to proceed with my order.

Thought this was great customer service highlighting the possible costs rather than just sending them for you to find out!

I replied a bit late ans they couldn’t be sent on Friday, no issues from me at all, they were posted yesterday 24/2/25 in Italy and I received they today 25/2/25 in Northern Ireland….wow, postage wasn’t even that expensive tbh.

Love the trainers and they were an absolute bargain compared to what others are charging.

Will definitely use again, 100% genuine goods, what a great find.

Great customer services

Ordered two jackets, turns out both are too big, sent them back today and was talking to a lovely rep called Sina.

She confirmed that I had posted the jackets and also gave me another 10% off introductory offer as I had used mine on two jackets that were being returned.

Have no hesitation in recommending Belstaff at all, jackets reached me in two days, fantastic quality, free postage and returns…what’s not to like, will be ordering the size down when my refund is processed.

Again, Sina is fantastic, thanks for helping me out :-)

Can’t recommend this company enough!

Can’t recommend this company enough!

My petplan renewal has just came in, tbh I was dreading it as my beloved dog has had a terrible year at the vets, I was very surprised by my renewal, there are possibly cheaper elsewhere but I’d not even consider swapping, pet plan have never once questioned any of my claims, I honestly hope I never have to make one again as it’s always my pet who is unwell when I have to avail.

If you have a pet you care about don’t hesitate to take out a plan with these guys because you just don’t know what the future holds for your companion and vets bills can be eye wateringly expensive.

Again thanks pet plan for everything you have helped me and Bodhi through this year.

Not good tbh

Not good tbh, Tom Ford glasses did arrive but the frames were bent at the bridge of the nose so would not sit straight on my face, it was clear as day form the pics I sent them that they were bent but they said this was normal and could be adjusted.

If it had have been a hinge issue possibly but it is the plastic frame that’s bent and they are not going back.

Tom Ford 5959-B dark Havana (just for reference)

Honestly don’t think I’m the first person to have them and send them back either.

Now having to send back for a refund AT MY OWN EXPENSE!

I had another three pair of Tom fords that I was going to purchase from here due to the price but don’t think I’ll risk it.

Let’s see how easy it is to get my money back now…..

Ps, just a note to anyone returning things in general, make sure and take plenty of pics of exactly everything your sending back just incase your told something is missing.

Further to your response, I’ll get the glasses assessed at an opticians tomorrow and report their findings, after that I’ll send back at my expense as it not worth the hassle arguing with you over postage immaterial what evidence I provide showing the issue.

Fantastic company

Fantastic company, real luxury feel, ordered two jackets, two different sizes as I wasn’t sure the size, came in a lovely black box and tissue wrapped with stickers holding all in place.

The jacket was a bargain considering the brand and what they sell for, would 100% recommend and use again, returning one item and I’m sure there will be a no fuss refund into my account again.

Great stuff, keep it up 👍

Was down with my car for a service and was treated like I’d just brought a gt3 rs in, they are fantastic to deal with in every regard, you can browse the showroom without anyone breathing down your neck and that’s what it’s all about, offered a drink and biscuits every time I went in the front door too.

Thank god I have pet plan!

Thank god I have pet plan!

Unfortunately I’ve had to use petplan for the second time in four weeks, I’m totally gutted my poor dog has had to go through another operation but thank goodness that I have petplan, again they have stood up to the plate and paid my claim (and it wasn’t a small one)

It’s been the more stressful period I’ve ever went through and I can only thank them for their help.

So far so good!

Ordered two shirts, medium and large (sized up) both arrived 24hrs later to Northern Ireland and well packaged, the shirts are decent quality and the fit is really nice, I’d say true to size as the large was too big and according to the size guide I was a medium which was perfect!

Returning the large for a refund so hopefully no issues but as said, so far they have been great!

Update

Posted one shirt back yesterday as it was too big and just confirmed via email that they have processed my refund it through PayPal!

Very happy all round.

They are fantastic and I wouldn’t be without it now.

The stars isn’t for the quality but who thought it a good idea, esp at Christmas, to stick a dirty big argento sticker on the back of the plain bag it came in!!!!

Well done, she lifted it out of the post box and knows exactly what it is, no need to wrap it now! Raging

Just for the record I have not been in touch with anyone, the order was placed online and as said, who in their right mind would ship out goods at this time of year with a sticker to reveal what’s inside when the key to Christmas presents is the element of surprise!

What a greedy company

Absolutely rubbish website that doesn’t let you pay through pay pal, credit cad or Apple Pay due to software issues, customer service is as much use as an astray on a motorbike and I’ve just noticed that the boxers I would have liked at half price (£45) are now £54 as they have actually put them up (in a sale) to £108 and they were £90

You really couldn’t make it up!

We appreciate you taking the time to respond to our survey, and I was sorry to see that you felt our service was only worthy of a 1 Star Review, we genuinely strive for a 5 Star Service for every customer.

From looking into your order i can see the reason for the higher delivery cost is down to the order being delivered to Northern Ireland. I will apologise for the delay with DPD, as this left us on the 1st June and from the tracking i can see it was only delivered yesterday. We woud normally expect this to be delivered to you within 2 days from point of dispatch, so again we can only apolgise that DPD didn't stick to this

The part about our contact number i would say isn't true as you can find this on our website and even through google. In case you need it you can always call us on 01228 516516
