There was a delay, new time slot didn’t show to start with. I could track the parcel to see whereabouts driver was. He was apologetic about delay. Most important parcel was delivered with care Thank you - would consider using in future.

Font usually like to order shoes online but have recently been to a Pavers outlet store & was impressed with the shoes & prices there, felt confident that the shoes would be a good fit. Not disappointed, nice sandal. Would use again

delivery person rings buzzer (already gone when you answer the buzzer),leaves parcel right in front of outside door, drives off. At least respond to buzzer being answered & leave parcel in main inside area downstairs.Don't expect you to come up in lift( I understand people don’t like lifts) & yes we have a dog who is very friendly ( understand driver may not like dogs) - again at least respond to buzzer being answered!!
Also don’t leave parcels which are for other flats in the complex. Not impressed

Great experience from Boden, kept well informed of order status. Did order 2 sizes of the Ophelia wrap dress as not sure but 10 is excellent fit so the other one is on its way back to Boden via post office. Also easy return process.

Just a question why use EVRI🤦‍♀️
we live in a flat ( most of the residents here are 70) but EVRI ring our doorbell, dump parcel right outside main door ( so anyone can fall over it) & drive off before I can even answer the bell. Ok my dress was in the sale with big discount, but most of them are not. If I state leave with neighbour they don’t even ring our doorbell at all. Does put me off ordering full price items from you online.

Kept informed of delivery status, therefore able to be in for parcel. Hate to think where it would end up otherwise as live in a flat & parcel just gets send up to our floor ( usually plus parcels from other flats not even in our building - don’t work for EVRI so why should I have to take them round to other flats !!

Ordered cot bed mattress, arrived within estimated date. Appears good quality & same make as other items bought by expecting parents.
Also ordered a mattress protector & set of 2 sheets - all arrived as estimated & no issues with these.
Only thing which was very confusing that every item was send separately & with different courier companies, which seems strange & was confusing at the time. Would recommend & use again too

around & the choice of colour is amazing. Have several pairs still in the draw from a few years back, no ladders no holes, perfect fit & also wash well. Great that you now do skin colour too, which is what I got this time.
Other item the non rub shorts, again super quality & fit. Highly recommend to anyone to give SNAG tights a go, as long as you follow the fitting guide you won’t be disappointed 10/10

the second time my daughter has send me the Tulips via Bloom&Wild. The flowers are safely wrapped in the box, you can tell they are fresh. Love the colours, nice long stems & as a bonus come attached with the bulbs & a paper bag to put bulbs in for planting out. Apparently can be kept in the vase with bulbs on but have taken them off & put in the bag ready to plant in March.

Will & the Skylos Team. Ordered the 15 kg bag on Friday & arrived by midday Saturday, outstanding service & highly recommend. Have used Skylos for our previous dog & from the start for our present dog Max - would not change to any other Brand.

Easy to use website. Photos could be better some rather focused on the model than the item of clothing ( jumpers), even worse when zooming in on a photo. Not much use when you want to sell products.
Communications good - cheeky less then 12 hours after placing my order you reduced another 10% - puts me off for sure
