Shocking Delivery service makes it…

Shocking Delivery service makes it impossible to recieve the item and not the most helpful customer experience, paid a fortune with next day delivery, nearly 2 weeks later still no suitcase.

Worst Tasting Protein I have ever tried

I was drawn to this company because of their cool branding and wanted to support a small business, but I couldn’t have been more disappointed. I’ve tried a lot of protein powders, but this is by far the worst. The clear whey tasted so awful—like soap—that I had to spit it out. I honestly couldn’t believe how bad it was.

I contacted them to return it, as there was no way I could drink it, but they refused. That’s £25 down the drain for something I couldn’t stomach. On top of that, I realized they had unknowingly signed me up for a subscription, and I had to pay £5 to cancel and return another product. It felt like such a scam.

The creatine gummies were okay taste-wise, but for the price, you’re much better off going with ESN or MyProtein. Overall, a shocking experience—horrible taste and terrible customer service. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company.

Customer service is a joke

Customer service is a joke, ordered wrong level so they advertise as free and easy returns have been emailing them for the past week to try and get a return but instead get zero to little no response seem to just want to take money and then ignore us

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. French law changed and I am legally not allowed to take my flight from the UK as they have banned all non-essential travel however even though legally I can't take my flight ryanair is unable to readjust at all.

Spent £60 for 1/4 items to arrive and came missing half of that

Really disappointed I spent £60 on a bunch of home and gift items with 4 items in total ordered, with only 1 of the items arriving and missing half of it, feel completely ripped off and gutted as half were gifts.

Have emailed them as requested and still
No update or response? Terrible service.

Sent an email to the email they requested me to been 6 days now and no response... terrible response, what is the point in asking me to email in to then not respond?

Terrible Customer service

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I paid £5 ticket cancellation protection, me and my housemate then get covid and have positive at-home tests, I contacted the venue to explain and they said I can't go and contact ticket plan for a refund, I filled out the form and sent them pictures of the positive results, they then took 3 weeks to reply said they are unable to accept this and I need to a positive PCR test, as they took so long to reply by then we didn't have covid and unable to do PCR test, It then takes them at least 2 weeks to reply to any email and terrible service and response would not touch them with a barge pole, I'm still waiting on a respond from my 6th email from 9 days ago, this company is the biggest con I've ever used and I'm pretty disgusted with the experience
